Over a 10-week construction period, Eastern Construction Consultants installed a new downstairs living area, bedroom, and ensuite. With specialist design steel infrastructure to allow for maximum living space, 3 integrated roofs and a traditional Welsh slate, this extension was the perfect addition, increasing living area over both floors, and maintaining the farmhouse look an feel
St Hughs School - Woodall Spa
Changing room renovation, June 2022
Over the course of nine weeks, Eastern Construction Consultants, overseen by FCC have undertaken a remarkable project to demolish and completely renovate the changing rooms, showers and toilets within the Swimming Centre at St Hughes School, Woodall Spa. Including new integrated shower systems, Ventilation, IPS vanity units and White rock walling throughout.

Site Setup works, June 2023
We were delighted to offer our services to A Coupland, for the excavation of 200mm soil, a total import of 420 tonnes of 2-inch stone, and the laying of 150mm of terram in the excavated area. Once complete, the stone was rolled to form a hardstanding area, ensuring this project is ready for the next step.

Domestic Garage Extension, September 2023
Eastern Construction were awarded the contract for a double garage extension and renovation. From groundworks to internal finishing, a whole package was given to a very pleased customer. Including installation of roof lights, knock through - steel erection and hard landscaping.
